    Description

    Up for bid is a crisp and clean First Day Cover in excellent condition.  The back flap is sealed.  This is a nice variety of the NRA issue with a Klotzbach cachet and a cancel from the Society of Philatelic Americans (SPA) Station at Fond Du Lac WI.
    I do not ship to Russia.  Too many items have gone "missing" in the Russian postal system.
