3 signed PMG Farley 1937 Army issue covers with letter [y6120]

3 1937 Army issue covers (1, 2 and 3 cent values) with Postmaster General embossed corner card and signature of PMG James Farley (in Farley's characteristic green ink), along with a cover letter - on Postmaster General stationery and also signed by Farley in green - to the collector requesting them.  Neat group.
