That's a great cancel on the Crosby Naval Hospital cover.  UO postmarks are a fascinating byway of the Prexy FDCs.  The covers are in good condition, no bends or tears, the Crosby cover is neatly opened at the right, the Ioor flap is unsealed.  See the scans, these are the covers you will receive.
