Aluminum Step Up Ring 86mm - 105mm Filter Adapter Ring, 86 105 z4 Nikon ?

I amassed a massive amount of step-up and step-down rings for any potential combination of lenses and filters in my collection.  It's time to downsize so I'm offering them here.  Some pictures show a metal ruler for reference when the size is not printed on the ring -- this is shown just for reference; all measurements were taken with dial calipers.  Unless otherwise noted, all rings are in very nice shape with minimal wear.
I combine shipping -- please place the items you'd like in your cart and then request a total so that I can remove the excess shipping.
This is an unmarked aluminum ring, but it certainly looks like a Nikon product to me.  The fit and finish are miles beyond the typical generic rings, the ring has more heft, the ring barrel is deeper, and it has that thick black lacquer finish that Nikon likes, rather than anodizing.
