    The AI quit working so here goes...   This is a well centered block of four Scott's # 449s on war department stationary with special instructions for the delivery person " do not deliver after 6 am "  I knew Mrs Winks and I'm certain she was usually up til a bit later.. she passed in 1966 and left me the covers and postcards and maps I list on ebay. As a kid I was her next door neighbor and mowed her lawn and listened to her stories.  Elma told me about her serving as an army nurse among other things. She served for over 20 years at Pearl Harbor from the 1920s through the late 1940s. She was a friend and I still miss her after 60 years..
