I'm going to say this is in "good" condition.
I'll be honest, it hung on a wall in college for several years with sticky tack.
The back of the poster looks a bit worn. But the front is in excellent shape, with some very minor wear near the corners. If this were in a proper frame, it would look perfect. If you need additional pictures, please ask and I would be happy to provide.
