Details:
The Sharkcage is a lightweight and sturdy aluminum cage system for your GoPro HERO8 series camera. Plastic frames don't offer much mounting flexibility, and up until now metal cages were heavy and didn't offer many attachment options either. The Sharkcage is both lightweight and contains multiple mounting options for what you need, from a cold shoe to Arca Swiss style mounting plate.
The GoPro HERO8 slips into the back of the cage and the pressure screw on top tightens down to hold the camera in place. There is a cold shoe on the top of the cage to add a small LED light. An Arca Swiss style mount on the side for tripod mounting and two standard 1/4"-20 threads on the bottom and back for additional mounting options. There are multiple access cut-outs for the folding GoPro fork, LCD screens, mode button and more. Lastly there is a integrated filter mount for standard 52mm filters to be attached, making this cage an amazing utility to capture the shot you need!
