    Description

    This is a beautiful matched LH and RH pair of unused Lionel “072” manual switches in the original aged 721-14 brick box. The box has a special fitted liner and cutouts to hold the switches securely and prevent damage. The liner and all flaps are intact.
    Some of the switch rails have a very light haze of oxidation, but no rust. The Lens caps are added original parts. I will supply a pair of correct 1447 lamps. The switches have not been connected to track and the condition of the pins validate that. I'm not sure if Lionel used white tissue paper as shown for packing, but these sheets have been with the box for a long time as evidenced by the track impressions in the paper.
    This is a unique set given the condition of the track and original box and liner and would be an impressive addition to any collection of Lionel trains.
