Most if not all of the ties have been painted with Rustoleum
A thin coating of oil was applied to the rails as a preservative.
There is no rust evident on the underside.
All pins installed on every track

Any excessive oil on the rails should be removed with a electronic contact cleaner which contains no water and leaves a protective coating behind.
Condition is refurbished/very good.
