Adorable lamb! This is a large, 7.5-inch heavy planter; it is a white lamb with green bow, pink ears and brown eyes. There is no hint of use inside the planter tank; the entire planter and paint appear in original condition. The production style is
white glaze over its ceramic mold body and cold paint accents on the bow, eyes, and ears. This lamb is listed in
The Collectors Encyclopedia Of McCoy Pottery, First Edition
, page 135. It is unmarked, which is typical of this model.
This is one owner: It dates it to a summer 1955 birth or baby's first Easter in 1956. It has been in careful storage since.
Size: 7.5" tall by 7" long by 3" wide. Weight: About 1.5 pounds.

    SHIPPING:
I have indicated USPS Priority Mail, but want to feel free to select the option of Fed-Ex Home Delivery. Both promise identical delivery time in 2-to-5 days, but Fed Ex Home Delivery seems faster and often more careful. The Fed Ex option does not show up in advance for me to choose it on the Ebay menu, but it does show up when sellers actually ship.
