NMTB or ISO # 50 Taper Arbor for # 3 Morse Taper Shank Tools, ISO 50 x # 3 MT, It is also faintly marked # 312495.
(we are not 100% sure of the name of this taper other then the markings of ISO 50) The arbor looks excellent with a nice black oxide finish. It has a 1" projection and holds # 3 Morse Taper shank tools. Light and normal age, use and wear shows.  The taper dimensions are shown with a caliper as near the ends as possible.
