2010 Oklahoma Kiowa Tribe Indian Tribe Veteran License Plate number VET-339.
It is in excellent plus condition.  The US Army seal was most likely placed over the tribal seal at owner's request by the tribal tag office.  Two other Kiowa veteran plates similar to this have been documented.  The addition of the military seal sticker adds something, and changes the look to a more beautiful plate.  Must see condition description and photos to fully appreciate.  Thank you!
