    Oklahoma Tonkawa Tribe Indian Tribe SAMPLE License Plate
    .  These were made around 2017.  Question: what tribe's sample plate is more rare and difficult to obtain than the actual license plates issued?  It's the Tonkawa Tribe.  I have only found three total in the past four years.  They were made by the same manufacturer as the actual license plates the tribe issues (OCI).  Two types were made...one that has a black background and one that's white.  This white one was made to resemble the current tribal exempt vehicle plate.  Please don't message me with requests for the black sample, or another white one.  I don't have either, so this is the only one.  Wonderful addition to your Tonkawa Tribe plate collection.  Please see condition description and photos.  Thank you!
