    Pipetite Grommets are designed to completely seal around wire, cable, tubing and pipe as they pass through electrical enclosures, panels and cabinets. The flexible lip seal of the PTG4-000 securely and easily fits into 5.75" diameter enclosure openings with wall thicknesses from 18 gauge (0.048") to 11 gauge (0.120").  It is totally self-sealing and doesn't require any messy caulks or sealants. The PTG4-000 grommet is a "pre-cut" design so it seals securely around a minimum diameter of 2.76" and can easily be trimmed with a knife, scissors or snips to seal around wire, cable, tubing or pipe up to 5.31" in diameter.  The boot is constructed of flexible FDA compliant hygienic white silicone that allows for significant movement and vibration without losing its seal. It is also compatible with cleaning solutions and is effective in temperatures ranging from -40 F to 500 F.
