This looks similar to the German Antique Wool Sheep that were made for Nativity Sets or Putz Sets.  The wool covering is whitish-greyish in color and very soft.  The legs look like wood but are possibly some sort of composition.  The face looks similar to chalk but is a composition as well.  It has a great look and would look cute displayed in your Putz scene or under a feather Tree.  This is a really nice Contemporary Replica Wooly Sheep -nice for your Christmas Tree, Nativity Set or Putz  Scene.  It looks like the German Putz Sheep that are made of chalk and wood- this one is made of some form of composition that looks like chalk (face) and wood
