    Signed on the tan part of the shell. Look close at the photos and maybe you can figure it out. I can only guess. 3" Long on a slider rope set at 20" and not safe for small children. Nice fish on shell and brown green blue and orange colors. Sadly, the maker didn't keep the hole in the mouth clean and some clay blocks it. I think it would be easily drilled out to make it whistle.
